OVELOURA shopping policy
1) Returns

30‑day window from the date the customer receives the item to request a return.

Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase required.
2) How to start a return

Returns must be shipped to the return address you specify.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3) Damaged or wrong items

Customer should inspect order upon delivery and contact OVELOURA immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so the issue can be resolved.
4) Non‑returnable items
No returns accepted for:

Perishable goods

Custom or personalized products

Personal care or beauty products

Sale items or gift cards

Other items you choose to list as final sale
5) Exchanges

Recommend customers return the original item, then place a new purchase for the replacement.
6) European Union customers

If merchandise is shipped into the EU, customers retain the 14‑day cooling‑off right to cancel or return a purchase without justification, counting from delivery. This aligns with EU guidance on distance contracts.

Same conditioning rules apply: unused, tags, original packaging, proof of purchase.
7) Refunds

After OVELOURA receives and inspects an approved return, refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days pass after approval without the customer seeing the refund, they should contact OVELOURA.
